- Pump a few drops of Blue Dew Cleanser into your hands and work into dry skin, massage all over face and neck to dislodge makeup, SPF and daily grime, splash face with water to activate cleanser. You will see the oil turn milky, continue to massage around face and then rinse thoroughly with clean warm water.
